The Associate of Science in Healthcare is a two-year degree designed to prepare students for entry-level roles in the healthcare field or to transfer into a bachelor鈥檚 degree program in health sciences or a related area. The program combines general education courses鈥攕uch as biology, chemistry, math, and communication鈥攚ith foundational healthcare studies. It provides a broad understanding of healthcare systems, medical terminology, and human anatomy, preparing students for careers in areas like healthcare administration, allied health, or pre-professional tracks such as nursing, radiology, or physical therapy.
