Notifications

In the event that èßäAV receives formal communication from any of the following entities or groups:

  • The Internal Revenue Service (IRS);
  • The State of Kansas;
  • The Higher Learning Commission (HLC), or any other accrediting, regulatory, or supervising body;

such communication must be promptly provided to the President of the College.

It is the responsibility of the President to ensure that this communication is disseminated to the Vice Presidents and the Board of Trustees. If the President is unavailable, the appropriate Vice President must ensure that the communication is delivered to the President. If the President remains unavailable, the Vice President is then responsible for forwarding the communication directly to the Board of Trustees.

Formal communication includes, but is not limited to, digital records (e.g., email, electronic files) and physical correspondence (e.g., mailed letters, certified notices). The format in which the communication is shared (digital or physical) shall be determined by the method that ensures the most convenient and expedited delivery to the intended recipients.
